First things first, Know Your Budget! Ask plenty on questions??? Find out everything that is included before you sign your contract. How many guest can be accommodated? What time can you arrive? How late can you stay? Do they have a bridal suite? Grooms quarters? Do they allow outside vendors? What are your responsibilities? Does the price include tax? Are there any hidden fees? Will you need insurance? Check out the surrounding area. Are there accommodations for your out of town guest to stay close by?? Is the venue easy to get to?? You can do this on your own or hire a planner that is experienced to help you with the process. I know this may seem a bit overwhelming at first, but once you lock down your venue and your date, you can breath easier and the rest will start falling into place. This journey is an exciting one. So off you go to find the Venue of your dreams...
